This is the renowned motorised Dapol track cleaning wagon. It needs to be hauled by a locomotive as the often described ‘motorised’ element of this item reflects the motor driving the cleaning heads and not the movement of the model itself.
It can be used to hoover up dust and dirt from the railway or by attaching the various types of cleaning heads to the wagon you can clean the track while distributing track cleaner along the rails. A great product for those hard to reach areas. Use only the Dapol track cleaning fluid.
A full range of spares and fluids are available from Dapol. Please note that Track Cleaning Fluid is not supplied with the model.
Featuring an 8 pin DCC decoder socket and NEM coupling pockets, this item is compatible with most brands.
Note: To run this model on DCC you will need to plug in an 8 Pin Dcc Decoder. We recommend a Lenz 8-pin direct as this fits nicely inside the bodywork.
